I'd replace 'Teen Boys' with 'Adult Men (and Women)'.
Because that's the people who really read harem. Teen boys? No so much.
Horny Japanese Teenagers with no actual experience with women, as near as I can tell. It's a different category than the books, though related.
Japanese Harem I still think is for older guys, because the 'kids' never know what to do with them. They just get nosebleeds.
